Four single and two-story buildings make up this 56,000 sf retail and office complex, to provide the first retail, office and restaurant amenities within the Ko’Olina Resort. These buildings utilized different configurations of structural steel and light gage steel framing to most efficiently facilitate a rapid construction schedule. 56,000 sf.
