Project contains seven major buildings and numerous other smaller buildings 1 to 8 stories in height containing guestrooms, public areas, back of house facilities and restaurants. Major structures consist of cast in place concrete and structural steel. Smaller buildings are framed in concrete, structural steel, masonry and wood.
