This was a series of corrosion repair and structural rehabilitation projects that began in 1994, then a 2000 Structural Condition Review/Report for budgeting followed by Structural Repairs in 2002, subsequently a 2004 Structural Condition Review/Report for scope of budgeting followed by Structural Repairs in 2005, and piling corrosion repair and cathodic protection/jacketing in 2014-2015.
